The California Department of Fish and Wildlife, formerly known as the California Department of Fish and Game, is a state agency under the California Natural Resources Agency. The Department of Fish and Wildlife manages and protects the state's fish, wildlife, plant and native habitats.

A state constitution is a document that lays down the governmental structure, political processes, and limitations on the use of power by a state.
