Job Description
  • On-time completion and quality of the installation project
  • Support job package administration including weekly tool inventory, write and submit the MOP, JIM preparation and submittal, create timesheet for self and crew, safety adherence, and house cleaning
  • Responsible for inventory and staging of equipment and materials, weekly status report to supervisor, reading and interpreting specifications and drawings
  • Add or remove all wiring and connections on non-working DC power equipment and assisting Level IV Technician on working equipment
  • Assist Level IV Technician on lead verification (voltage)
  • Add or remove telecom batteries
  • Add or remove common systems equipment hardware
  • Follow all EHS guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in Telecom DC power equipment installation

  • Two years of experience in pulling & sewing cable, construction of cable racking, bay mounting

  • Ability and willingness to work varying shifts (swing shifts)

  • Prior field engineering experience

  • AC Electrical Experience
