In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing ABB's employer brand, attracting top early talent and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.   1. Develop and implement a global employer branding strategy to enhance ABB's reputation as a top employer in the power and automation industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute creative and engaging campaigns that promote ABB's employer brand across various channels.
  3. Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve and differentiate ABB's employer brand.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and other early talent pipelines to attract and engage top talent.
  5. Develop and manage ABB's early talent recruitment programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and graduate programs.
  6. Partner with HR and hiring managers to identify and understand talent needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
  7. Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve ABB's candidate experience, utilizing feedback and data to make necessary adjustments.
  9. Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding and early talent recruitment efforts.
  10. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in employer branding, early talent recruitment, and candidate experience management.
  11. Represent ABB at industry events and conferences to promote the company's employer brand and early talent initiatives.
  12. Manage a team of employer branding and early talent professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for ABB, promoting the company's values, culture, and mission to potential candidates and the public.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Employer Branding, Early Talent Recruitment, And/Or Candidate Experience.

  • Demonstrated Understanding And Experience In Global Recruitment Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, As Well As Implementing And Driving Successful Recruitment Campaigns.
