HR Generalist

Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies manual. Conducts investigations into employee concerns, writes reports, and makes recommendations regarding corrective action. Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees. Conducts recruitment effort to all non-exempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; writes and places job postings. Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. Participates and attends meetings. Maintains organization charts and employee directory. Maintains Human Resources Information System records and compiles reports from database. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
