  1. Provide exceptional customer support to potential clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Possess a deep understanding of ABB products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to potential clients.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver customized presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of ABB's products and services.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and their needs, and provide insights to the sales team.
  5. Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on new and upcoming products and services, and provide feedback from customers to help improve them.
  6. Assist in creating and managing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to help identify new business opportunities.
  9. Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, including troubleshooting product issues and providing technical product information.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the pre-sales support process and contribute ideas for enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
