Job Description

ABB is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Proposal Engineer to join our team! We are a global leader in power and automation technologies, and our Proposal Engineers play a critical role in our proposal development process.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience working in a proposal engineering role. You should have a thorough understanding of the proposal development process, and be able to work collaboratively with teams of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you should be a self-starter, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.If you have the qualifications, experience, and drive to succeed in this role, we are eager to hear from you!
