- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for instrumentation products.
- Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product development and manufacturing process.
- Conduct thorough testing and inspections of products to ensure they meet industry and company standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects in products and work with the production team to resolve them.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test reports, inspection records, and quality control plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to team members on quality control processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Continuously improve and optimize quality control processes to ensure the highest level of quality for all products.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure they are met.
- Participate in new product development projects and provide input on quality requirements.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to management.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to help shape the future of our products.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Engineering Role, Specifically With Instrumentation Systems
Strong Understanding Of Quality Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100
Experience With Quality Control Tools And Methodologies, Including Statistical Process Control And Root Cause Analysis
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
