  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or failures with safety instrumented systems.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in safety instrumented systems and incorporate them into the design and maintenance processes.
  8. Lead or participate in safety audits and inspections to identify and address any potential safety risks.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers on safety instrumented systems design and maintenance.
  10. Work closely with clients to understand their specific safety needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and promote safety instrumented systems services.
  12. Monitor and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within budget completion.
  13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of safety instrumented systems.
  14. Adhere to ABB's safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing And Maintaining Safety Instrumented Systems (Sis) For Complex Industrial Processes.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of International Safety Standards Such As Iec 61508 And Iec 61511.

  • Proficient In Using Sis Software Tools Such As Sil Verification, Lopa, And Fmea.

  • Strong Understanding Of Process Control Systems And Their Integration With Sis.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Sis Projects From Conception To Completion.
