  1. Prepare and submit competitive tenders for customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Collaborate with the service sales team to understand customer needs and requirements.
  3. Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  4. Utilize company resources and tools to develop comprehensive and compelling proposals.
  5. Ensure all tender documents are complete, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
  6. Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to gather necessary information for tenders.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's service offerings and pricing structure.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges in the tendering process.
  9. Support the service sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  10. Provide timely and accurate updates on tender progress to the sales team and management.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure all tender requirements are met.
  12. Assist in contract negotiations and finalizing agreements with customers.
  13. Continuously track and analyze tender outcomes and provide insights for improvement.
  14. Act as a key point of contact for customers during the tender process and provide exceptional customer service.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of all tender documents and communications.
