Handle aspects of export-controlled information, including classifying technology and preparing export authorizations. Perform classification requests, including interfacing with the applicable regulatory agency in managing the classification process. Assist with export authorizations in accordance with applicable regulation(s), including appropriate end-use checks Ensure that all ABB technical and licensing documents are properly marked, and identifies documents containing export-controlled information. Conduct audit activities to identify, quantify, and report to the Trade Compliance Manager any potential violations of trade compliance laws and any incidents involving significant weaknesses in processes or procedures. Ensure the classification of all exported and imported products/software/technology with respect to national export control and customs lists where applicable.
