- Educate and train healthcare professionals on the proper use and techniques of our advanced vessel closure devices.
- Develop training materials and resources to support the education of healthcare professionals.
- Conduct in-person training sessions and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Act as a subject matter expert on vascular anatomy and physiology related to vessel closure procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to healthcare professionals using our devices.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure proper product knowledge and training for customers.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in vessel closure technology to continuously improve training and education methods.
- Travel to different healthcare facilities to provide on-site training and support.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and serve as a resource for any questions or concerns related to our products.
- Participate in conferences and workshops to present and educate on the use of our vessel closure devices.
- Collect and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement in training and product development.
- Adhere to company compliance and regulatory policies while conducting training and education activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new training programs.

Advanced Clinical Education: A Clinical Specialist At Abbott Must Possess Advanced Clinical Education, Typically A Master's Degree In Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Or A Related Field. This Education Must Be From An Accredited Institution And Provide A Strong Foundation In Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Physiology.
Experience In Vascular Procedures: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Vascular Procedures, Preferably In A Clinical Setting. This Experience Should Include A Thorough Understanding Of Vessel Closure Procedures And Devices Used In These Procedures.
Knowledge Of Abbott Products: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have Extensive Knowledge Of Abbott's Portfolio Of Vessel Closure Products. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Features And Benefits Of These Products, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Demonstrate Their Use To Healthcare Professionals.
Strong Communication Skills: A Clinical Specialist Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Professionals And Patients, As Well As The Ability To Train And Educate Others On The Use Of Abbott Products.
Ability To Travel: This Position May Require Frequent Travel To Various Healthcare Facilities Within A Designated Territory. Candidates Should Be Willing And Able To Travel Up To 50% Of The Time, And Have A Valid Driver's License And Reliable Transportation.
