IT Software Engineer

Actively participate in pair programming/development of software components by following Test Driven Design (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) best practices. Break our existing monolithic applications into more modern microservices. Write well-engineered source code that complies with accepted standards passing our quality criteria (SonarQube, Veracode, OWASP 10). Lead software delivery by applying standards and working with cross-functional teams and technology stacks. Design and implement full stack solutions (Java/Python, K8S, Kafka, containers and microservices). Realize both short-term and long-term integration solutions for legacy systems, as well as confirm performance and usability standards. Create supporting change control documentation including design documents, unit test, and deployment instructions. Participate actively in the software release process, from design to implementation and production.
