  1. Lead a team of ambassadors: Manage and mentor a team of ambassadors, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure their success in promoting and selling AbbVie's products.
  2. Drive sales growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share within the assigned district, utilizing market insights and data analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and other industry professionals, to promote AbbVie's products and services.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance: Track and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  5. Provide training and support: Develop and deliver training programs for ambassadors to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively promote AbbVie's products and services.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and support in achieving district and company goals.
  7. Represent AbbVie: Act as a brand ambassador for AbbVie, promoting the company's mission, values, and products to external stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the healthcare landscape to identify potential opportunities and challenges for the district.
  9. Budget management: Manage district budgets, including expenses and resources, to ensure effective use of company resources and adherence to financial targets.
  10. Continuously improve processes: Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the district and across the organization.
  11. Uphold company values: Embody and promote AbbVie's core values of integrity, respect, and excellence in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Understanding Of Market Trends, Competitors, And Regulations.
