- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and support in achieving district and company goals.
- Represent AbbVie: Act as a brand ambassador for AbbVie, promoting the company's mission, values, and products to external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the healthcare landscape to identify potential opportunities and challenges for the district.
- Budget management: Manage district budgets, including expenses and resources, to ensure effective use of company resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Continuously improve processes: Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the district and across the organization.
- Uphold company values: Embody and promote AbbVie's core values of integrity, respect, and excellence in all interactions and decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
