- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and track study progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
- Communicate with study sites and vendors to ensure smooth execution of clinical trials.
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all study documentation and data.
- Provide regular updates and reports on study status to management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve study start-up operations.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Business, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Clinical Research, With A Focus On Study Start-Up Operations.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Processes For Global Clinical Trials.
Excellent Project Management And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, As Well As Experience With Electronic Data Capture Systems.
