- Develop and implement the overall data strategy for clinical studies at AbbVie.
- Lead and manage the clinical data operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure the timely and accurate collection, cleaning, and analysis of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for data collection, management, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and standards for data management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support data management activities.
- Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify and address any issues that may impact study timelines or results.
- Lead the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and training materials for clinical data management processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in clinical data management and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Communicate data strategy, progress, and issues to key stakeholders, including senior management and clinical teams.
- Mentor and coach team members to promote their professional development and ensure a high-performing team.
Bachelor's Degree In Life Sciences, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Clinical Data Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Clinical Data Management, Such As Cdisc And Fda Guidelines.
Experience With Data Management Systems And Tools, Such As Edc And Etl Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Projects And Resources.
