1. Conduct research and analysis on the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies, to provide actionable insights to the organization.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
3. Monitor and track competitor activities, including product launches, clinical trials, and regulatory updates, to anticipate potential threats and opportunities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to provide timely and relevant competitive intelligence to support decision-making.
5. Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities for the organization based on competitive intelligence findings.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry experts and thought leaders to gather insights and stay abreast of industry developments.
7. Create reports and presentations to communicate competitive intelligence findings to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
8. Stay current on industry regulations and compliance guidelines to ensure all competitive intelligence activities are ethical and in line with company policies.
9. Continuously evaluate and improve competitive intelligence processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Act as a subject matter expert on competitive intelligence for the organization, providing guidance and training to colleagues as needed.
