  1. Ensure Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to patient services. This includes staying up-to-date on any changes to regulations and implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  2. Develop and Implement Compliance Policies and Procedures: The Associate Director will work closely with the compliance team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of integrity and ethical conduct within the organization. This includes conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Provide Compliance Guidance and Training: The Associate Director will serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance and training to team members and other relevant stakeholders. This includes ensuring all employees are aware of their compliance responsibilities and providing ongoing education on compliance best practices.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: The Associate Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, regulatory, and patient services, to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the organization. This includes providing compliance oversight for new initiatives and programs.
  5. Monitor and Report on Compliance Activities: The Associate Director will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on compliance activities, including conducting regular compliance audits and reporting any potential compliance issues to senior management. This includes providing recommendations for corrective actions to address any identified issues.
  6. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: The Associate Director will stay informed on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to patient services compliance. This includes attending conferences and seminars, networking with industry professionals, and staying up-to-date on relevant publications.
  7. Manage Compliance Investigations: In the event of a compliance issue or violation, the Associate Director will lead investigations, working closely with relevant stakeholders to gather information and make recommendations for corrective actions. This includes maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of all investigations.
  8. Foster a Culture of Compliance: The Associate Director will be responsible for promoting a culture of compliance within the organization. This includes leading by example, encouraging open communication

Job Qualifications
  • Education: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Or Law, Is Required. A Master's Degree Or Advanced Certification In A Related Field Is Preferred.

  • Experience: At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Compliance, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company, Is Required. Prior Experience In Patient Services Compliance Is Highly Preferred.

  • Knowledge Of Laws And Regulations: Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Laws, Such As The False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, And Sunshine Act, Is Essential. Familiarity With Patient Assistance Programs And Government Pricing Regulations Is Also Required.

  • Leadership Skills: The Ability To Manage And Lead A Team Is Crucial For This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Demonstrated Experience In Managing A Compliance Team And The Ability To Provide Strategic Direction And Guidance.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Associate Director, Compliance (Patient Services) Will Be Required To Interact With Various Stakeholders Within And Outside The Organization. Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, As Well As The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Others, Are Necessary For This Role.
