  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive HR technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and goals.
  2. Lead a team responsible for the management and maintenance of all HR systems, including but not limited to HRIS, payroll, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  3. Continuously evaluate and improve HR systems and processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for complex business challenges.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in HR technology and make recommendations for adoption or enhancement.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support and guidance on utilizing HR systems.
  7. Ensure data integrity and security of all HR systems and processes, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  9. Create and maintain documentation and training materials for HR systems and processes.
  10. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new HR technology and processes.
  11. Provide regular reporting and analysis on HR system usage, performance, and effectiveness.
  12. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure integration and compatibility of HR systems with other company systems.
  13. Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional development and ensure high-quality work.
  14. Represent the HR Systems team in meetings, presentations, and other forums to communicate updates, progress, and challenges.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee data and information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Hr Systems, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Systems And Processes, Including But Not Limited To Hris, Ats, Lms, And Performance Management Systems.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Large-Scale System Implementations And Upgrades.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
