Develop and implement market access strategies for AbbVie's innovative therapies.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities in the healthcare industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize data from various sources to inform market access decisions.
Provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market research and analysis.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations related to market access.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups.
Lead and mentor a team of market access professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
Develop and manage budgets for market access insights projects.
Communicate market access insights and recommendations to various internal and external stakeholders.
Represent AbbVie at industry conferences and events, sharing market access strategies and insights.

Job Qualifications

Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Market Access And Reimbursement Strategies - The Associate Director Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of How The Healthcare Industry Operates, Including The Various Stakeholders Involved In The Market Access Process And How Reimbursement Decisions Are Made.
Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills - This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Information, Identify Key Insights And Trends, And Develop Strategic Recommendations To Inform Market Access Strategies.
