Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Research Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Scientific Principles And Techniques, Including Experimental Design, Data Analysis, And Interpretation.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Present Complex Scientific Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
Familiarity With Regulatory Guidelines And Compliance Requirements For Drug Development, Including Knowledge Of Good Laboratory Practices (Glp) And Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp).
