  1. Conduct research and experiments under the direction of senior scientists to support drug development projects.
  2. Analyze and interpret scientific data to contribute to the understanding of disease mechanisms and potential treatments.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and troubleshoot technical issues.
  4. Maintain accurate records and document experimental procedures and results.
  5. Keep up-to-date on current scientific literature and techniques relevant to the project.
  6. Assist in the development and validation of new assays and techniques.
  7. Present research findings and progress updates at team meetings.
  8. Contribute to the writing of scientific reports, publications, and patents.
  9. Participate in the planning and execution of preclinical studies.
  10. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations in the laboratory.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members.
  12. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
  14. Represent the company and its values in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Research Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Scientific Principles And Techniques, Including Experimental Design, Data Analysis, And Interpretation.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Present Complex Scientific Information To A Variety Of Audiences.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Guidelines And Compliance Requirements For Drug Development, Including Knowledge Of Good Laboratory Practices (Glp) And Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp).
