  1. Conduct pharmacology studies and experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of potential drug candidates.
  2. Design and execute in vitro and in vivo experiments to assess pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of compounds.
  3. Analyze and interpret data, prepare reports and present findings to project teams and management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pharmacology strategies to support drug discovery and development.
  5. Stay current with relevant literature and techniques in the field of pharmacology to identify and implement new methodologies.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and data.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines.
  8. Mentor and train junior level scientists in pharmacology techniques and methodologies.
  9. Participate in project team meetings and contribute to decision making.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  11. Contribute to the preparation of regulatory documents, such as INDs and NDAs.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures in the pharmacology department.
  13. Stay informed on competitive landscape and identify potential collaborations and partnerships.
  14. Represent the company at scientific conferences and present data to scientific community.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and code of conduct.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Ph.d. Degree In Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-5 Years Of Experience In Preclinical Drug Discovery And Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacology Principles, Assays, And Techniques.

  • Experience In Designing And Executing In Vitro And In Vivo Studies To Support Drug Discovery Projects.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Scientific Data To Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
