Plan and coordinate toxicology studies to support the development of new pharmaceutical therapies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for conducting toxicology studies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all study-related inquiries and communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study protocols and ensure their timely and accurate execution.
Prepare and review study documents, including protocols, study reports, and data summaries.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of study data.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study progress and results.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the study.
Keep abreast of industry developments and advancements in toxicology to inform study design and execution.
Participate in the preparation and presentation of study findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the safety and welfare of study subjects by adhering to ethical and humane treatment practices.
Mentor and train junior staff members on study coordination and toxicology principles.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of study coordination.
Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure ethical and compliant conduct.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase study efficiency and quality.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Toxicology, Pharmacology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Toxicology Study Coordination, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.
Knowledge Of Glp Regulations And Experience Working In A Glp-Compliant Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Toxicology Study Design And Data Interpretation.
Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Project Management Skills.
