Job Description

Be recognized as the go-to person for a given technology subject area. Providing advice and take a leading role in business technology execution and problem solving. Position the value and benefits of Commercial BTS global common technologies, especially in area of competence. (i.e. internal collaboration, analytics, In-Field Team excellence). Take a leadership position for related initiatives, provide guidance. Create opportunities for the use of technology. Providing affiliate input for Area/global BTS vision/strategy sessions where required. Managing, communicating or being part of the project team, for the implementation of Global and Area systems within the affiliate, as required. Maintaining a high level of knowledge around these systems, and being a point of contact for the affiliate for future developments and best practice.

Job Qualifications

Ability to work effectively and highly interactively with all levels of management
Experience in analyzing, designing, and improving business processes
Ability to work effectively in a shared service environment and matrix organization.
Knowledge and experience of processes and digital landscape related to Data and Patient Services in pharma
7-8 years of significant IT Consultancy, IT Professional experience or Data Management
