Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive the development of innovative pharmaceutical products.
Develop and implement strategic plans for CMC project development, taking into account company goals and industry trends.
Ensure the successful execution of CMC projects by coordinating and collaborating with various departments, including R&D, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among team members.
Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating their professional development and ensuring their alignment with project goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and increase efficiency within the CMC project development team.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements related to CMC project development, and incorporate this knowledge into project strategies.
Work closely with senior management to provide regular updates on project status, identifying potential roadblocks and proposing solutions.
Oversee budget and resource allocation for CMC project development, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
Act as a representative for the company in external meetings and conferences related to CMC project development, promoting the company's values and goals.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Life Sciences: The Director, Cmc Project Development Should Possess A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or A Related Discipline. A Ph.d. Is Preferred.
Extensive Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Strong Background In Cmc Project Development. This Experience Should Include Working In Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Director, Cmc Project Development Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Drug Development, Including Fda And International Guidelines. They Should Also Have Experience In Preparing Cmc Sections For Regulatory Submissions.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Key Member Of The Cmc Project Team, The Director Should Possess Exceptional Leadership And Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Lead And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Project Updates To Senior Management.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Director Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Problems. They Should Also Be Able To Anticipate Potential Issues And Develop Contingency Plans To Mitigate Risks To Project Timelines And Goals.
