
District Manager, Dermatology

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving the growth and success of our Dermatology products within your assigned district. - Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned district.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share for AbbVie's Dermatology products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launch and promotion plans.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to improve their performance and help them reach their full potential.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Monitor and manage district budget and resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure adherence within the district.
- Represent AbbVie at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and promoting the company's mission.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry, With A Focus On Dermatology Products.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of The Dermatology Market, Including Key Competitors, Industry Trends, And Regulatory Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing A High-Performing Team, Including Setting And Achieving Sales Targets And Managing Budgets.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Marketing, Or Life Sciences. An Advanced Degree, Such As An Mba, Is Preferred.
