Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of epidemiology studies from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.
Manage all operational aspects of the studies, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Develop and maintain study protocols, data collection tools, and other study documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure study objectives are met.
Monitor and report on study progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
Ensure data quality and integrity through regular data review and validation.
Collaborate with statisticians and data analysts to analyze study data and present findings.
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners.
Provide guidance and support to study team members, including training and mentoring.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in epidemiology and public health.
Participate in the development and review of scientific publications and presentations.
Maintain accurate and organized study documentation for audit and inspection purposes.
Adhere to ethical standards and protect the confidentiality of study data and participants.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Epidemiology, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Management Role Within A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.
Extensive Knowledge Of Epidemiological Study Design, Data Collection And Analysis Methods.
Experience With Managing Multiple Studies Simultaneously And Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
