Job Description

The primary function of the Bay Area R&D Finance Director is to partner with the business in accomplishing business and financial goals while maintaining an appropriate financial control environment. Assist with the analysis and administration of third-party collaborations and help socialize new processes and procedures to address R&D impacts. Primary finance liaison to other functions to understand and collaborate on business issues, strategic improvements and other matters. Lead the planning process for the business unit, including establishing the timing, information requirements and preparation of management review packages. The cycles include LRP, Annual Plans, Updates and Latest Best Estimates (LBEs). Bring the numbers to life via accurate and timely fact-based analysis to aid management’s decisions.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial experience
3-5 years of previous managerial experience.
MBA, CMA and/or CPA preferred.
