As the Global Labelling Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely labelling of our immunology products across the globe.   1. Oversee and manage the global labelling operations for AbbVie's immunology products.
  2. Develop and implement labelling strategies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, quality, and supply chain, to ensure timely and accurate labelling of products.
  4. Stay up-to-date on global labelling regulations and requirements to ensure compliance.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential labelling issues.
  6. Work closely with external vendors and partners to coordinate labelling activities and ensure quality standards are met.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for labelling operations.
  8. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet labelling deadlines.
  9. Monitor and analyze labelling data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Lead and participate in labelling-related audits and inspections.
  11. Train and mentor team members on labelling processes and procedures.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve labelling processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  13. Communicate labelling updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on labelling regulations and requirements for the immunology team.
  15. Proactively identify and escalate any potential labelling risks or issues to senior management.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Global Immunology Regulations And Guidelines: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Comprehensive Understanding Of The Global Regulatory Landscape For Immunology Products, Including Fda, Ema, And Other Major Regulatory Bodies. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Labelling Requirements For Different Markets And Have Experience Navigating Complex Regulatory Systems.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: As A Global Labelling Operations Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Labelling Projects Simultaneously Across Different Regions. They Should Have Proven Experience In Successfully Managing Complex Projects, Including Timeline Management, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication And Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Quality Assurance, And Supply Chain. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Information And Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Labelling Software And Technology: Abbvie Uses Advanced Labelling Software And Technology To Manage Labelling Operations. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With These Tools And Be Comfortable Using Technology To Streamline Labelling Processes And Improve Efficiency.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Labelling Processes And Procedures: The Global Labelling Operations Manager Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Labelling Processes And Procedures To Ensure Compliance With Regulations And Company Standards. The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Labelling Best Practices And Be Able To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Solutions.
