- Develop and implement data management strategies and processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of national team data.
- Oversee a team of data analysts and specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor data quality and identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions to meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.

- Train and mentor team members on data management best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on data operations and address any concerns or issues.
- Manage budget and resources for data operations department.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Data Analytics.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Management Or Operations, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Remote Team Members.
Extensive Knowledge Of Data Management Processes, Tools, And Technologies, Including Database Management Systems, Data Warehousing, And Data Governance.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Teams And Stakeholders To Achieve Common Goals.
