Conduct thorough and high-quality research on organizational structure, culture, and employee engagement to provide valuable insights and recommendations for the company's strategic decisions.
Lead and manage research projects from start to finish, including defining objectives, developing research plans, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
Utilize various research methodologies and tools to gather and analyze data, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary data sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and develop research plans that align with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to organizational research, and incorporate new methodologies and techniques into research projects.
Synthesize and communicate complex research findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors to support research initiatives.
Ensure research projects are completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness based on research findings and work with key stakeholders to implement solutions.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on research methodology, data analysis, and project management.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive research data.
Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to stay informed and share knowledge on organizational research best practices.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Business, Psychology, Or A Related Field: A Manager, Organizational Research At Abbvie Should Possess A Graduate Degree In A Relevant Field To Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Research Methodology And Organizational Behavior.
Experience In Conducting Research Studies: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Designing And Conducting Research Studies, With A Focus On Organizational Behavior, Employee Engagement, Or Related Topics.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Data And Draw Meaningful Insights To Inform Organizational Strategies. A Successful Candidate Should Possess Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills.
Knowledge Of Statistical Analysis Software: Proficiency In Statistical Analysis Software Such As Spss, R, Or Sas Is Essential For This Role. Experience With Data Visualization Tools And Techniques Is Also Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Manager, Organizational Research Will Be Responsible For Presenting Research Findings And Recommendations To Senior Leadership. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must-Have For This Role.
