
Manager R&D
As Clinical Development Lead, be responsible and accountable to support the development, implementation and delivery of the global clinical development activities for a given project within time, budget and with high quality. Leading TA process improvement initiatives and tracking/reporting on progress toward goals. Coordinating scientific initiative and study-related clinical development budgets with TA leaders, clinical and cross-functional team members, and project management. Ensuring alignment between external scientific/clinical experts (ie, Key Opinion Leaders, Investigators, Study Coordinators) and internal TA leaders, clinical and cross-functional team members. Supporting clinical study activities in collaboration with Clinical Program and Scientific Directors. Reviewing scientific initiative and/or study-specific documentation and training materials. Supporting clinical study data review process and cross-functional issue resolution.
Minimum 15 years of overall work experience
Scientific knowledge and business experience in the relevant Therapeutic Area (Aesthetic Medicine) preferred.
Ability to travel up to at least 30% of time, including international travel
