  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services.
  2. Manage and lead a team of service professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive excellence in service operations and continuously improve processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  7. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
  11. Manage department budget and resources effectively.
  12. Set and communicate clear goals and expectations for the team and hold them accountable for results.
  13. Handle any escalated customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on service operations performance and initiatives.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to service operations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Manager, Service Operations At Abbvie Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Service Operations Staff And Drive Them Towards Achieving Company Goals.

  • Experience In Service Operations Management: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Service Operations Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Service Delivery, Quality Control, And Process Improvement Initiatives.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines: Abbvie Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Manager, Service Operations Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines And Compliance Requirements.
