- Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the overall business goals of AbbVie.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and anticipate talent needs and create solutions to address them.
- Design and implement programs and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure effective succession planning and talent pipelines.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Including Recruitment, Performance Management, And Employee Development.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Industry Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Talent Management Strategies And Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
