- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company's HCP Rheumatology portfolio, in alignment with the overall business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, market access, and global marketing to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Drive brand awareness and increase market share by developing and executing innovative and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage the marketing budget for the HCP Rheumatology portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the rheumatology field to drive awareness and advocacy for the company's products.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive positioning of the company's products.
- Effectively communicate marketing strategies and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and other cross-functional teams.
- Act as a brand champion, ensuring all marketing materials and activities are in line with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events, building relationships and promoting the company's products and brand.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Marketing, Preferably In The Rheumatology Therapeutic Area.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Landscape And Experience Working With Healthcare Professionals (Hcps) And Key Opinion Leaders (Kols).
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Strategies And Campaigns For Specialty Pharmaceutical Products.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
