- Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of MSLs in the Southeast region.
- Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for the Dermatology team in alignment with the overall company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the MSL team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Dermatology, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and providing insights and recommendations to the team.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers in the region to support the company's scientific and educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales, to support the successful launch and commercialization of new products.
- Act as a liaison between the MSL team and other internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on team activities and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Pharmacy, Medicine, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Medical Science Liaison (Msl) Role In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.
Expertise In Dermatology And Strong Understanding Of The Current Treatment Landscape, Including Key Competitors And Emerging Therapies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing A High-Performing Team Of Msls.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Key Opinion Leaders And Internal Stakeholders At All Levels.
