Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the field of oncology and hematology.
Serve as a scientific expert for AbbVie's portfolio of innovative treatments, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise to healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for scientific support and education initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field of oncology and hematology, and effectively communicate this information to internal and external stakeholders.
Attend and present at scientific conferences, symposia, and other events to increase awareness and understanding of AbbVie's treatments.
Identify and facilitate opportunities for collaboration and research with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from healthcare professionals regarding AbbVie's treatments and clinical data.
Develop and deliver scientific presentations to internal and external audiences on AbbVie's treatments and disease areas.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide scientific support and training on AbbVie's treatments.
Adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory guidelines and maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all interactions.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Medical Or Life Sciences: A Msl/Sr. Msl In Oncology/Hematology At Abbvie Is Expected To Have An Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medical Or Life Sciences. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of The Medical And Scientific Principles Necessary For This Role.
Prior Experience In Oncology/Hematology: Abbvie Is Looking For Candidates With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Oncology/Hematology. This Experience Should Ideally Be In A Similar Role, Such As A Msl, With A Proven Track Record Of Success.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Msl/Sr. Msl, You Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Scientific Information To A Variety Of Stakeholders Including Healthcare Professionals, Researchers, And Internal Teams. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Oncology/Hematology Therapeutic Areas: Abbvie Is Seeking Candidates With A Deep Understanding Of The Oncology/Hematology Therapeutic Areas, Including Current Treatment Landscape, Emerging Trends, And Key Opinion Leaders. This Expertise Will Be Crucial In Building Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Providing Scientific Support.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team: A Msl/Sr. Msl At Abbvie Must Be Able To Work Independently And Take Ownership Of Their Responsibilities, While Also Collaborating Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills, Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks.
