In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales of our over-the-counter products in a specific region.   1. Develop and implement regional sales strategies for the company's OTC products to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and healthcare providers, to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales plans.
  5. Train and coach regional sales teams on product knowledge, selling techniques, and market dynamics to drive performance.
  6. Plan and execute promotional activities, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches, to generate awareness and interest in the OTC products.
  7. Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
  8. Manage regional budgets and resources effectively to achieve maximum return on investment.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the OTC products and enhance the company's reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Marketing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Over-The-Counter (Otc) Market And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Sales In A Regional Or Territory-Based Role.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills In Order To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Stakeholders.
