Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with customers in order to understand their needs and provide effective solutions • Keep abreast of the competitive landscape in the pharmaceutical industry • Gather and analyze customer data in order to identify potential opportunities • Present customer solutions in a professional and engaging manner • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities • Develop strategies to increase sales and meet performance goals • Provide timely and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries • Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Participate in team meetings and other sales-related events
