- Conduct experiments and research related to cellular and molecular biology in order to contribute to the development of new biotechnology products.
- Utilize advanced knowledge and skills in cellular and molecular biology to design and execute experiments and analyze data.
- Collaborate with other scientists and researchers to develop new research projects and support ongoing drug discovery efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in cellular and molecular biology in order to continuously improve research methods.

Advanced Degree In Cellular & Molecular Biology: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Cellular & Molecular Biology Or Related Field Is Required For This Position. A Phd Is Preferred.
Extensive Knowledge Of Cell Biology Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Expertise In A Wide Range Of Cell Biology Techniques Such As Cell Culture, Flow Cytometry, Microscopy, And Molecular Biology Techniques.
Experience With Molecular Biology Research: The Ability To Design, Execute And Interpret Experiments Using Molecular Biology Techniques Such As Cloning, Pcr, Gene Expression Analysis, And Dna Sequencing Is Essential For This Role.
Familiarity With Drug Discovery And Development Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Drug Discovery And Development Processes, Including Target Identification, Validation, And Lead Optimization.
