Conduct systems analysis to identify and understand business needs and requirements.
Develop and implement effective solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for system improvement and optimization.
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Communicate project progress and potential risks to stakeholders and management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business systems and technology.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality and accuracy.
Train and support end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Maintain and update system documentation, including user guides, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues or errors.
Provide technical expertise and support for business systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure smooth integration and implementation of new systems.
Mentor and guide junior analysts in their professional development.

Job Qualifications

A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Business Analysis Or Systems Analysis Role
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Information Systems
Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Sql, Data Modeling, And Business Intelligence Tools
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Delivery Of Complex Business Systems Solutions
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
