Develop and implement financial strategies and processes to support the procurement function and ensure cost-efficiency.
Oversee the financial planning and budgeting for procurement activities, and provide regular reports on performance and cost savings.
Act as a liaison between the procurement team and other departments, such as finance, accounting, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and policies for procurement operations.
Evaluate and improve existing procurement processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and cost savings for the organization.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Mentor and develop a team of procurement finance and operations professionals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and support the overall goals of the organization.
Represent the procurement function in meetings and presentations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on financial and operational matters.
Continuously identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to support the organization's mission.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the procurement finance and operations team.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing the organization's values and commitment to improving the lives of patients.

Job Qualifications

Strong Financial Acumen: A Senior Manager In Procurement Finance Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Cost Management. They Should Be Able To Provide Strategic Financial Insights And Drive Cost-Saving Initiatives.
Extensive Experience In Procurement: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In A Leadership Role. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Supplier Management, And Contract Negotiations.
