  1. Develop and execute the company's scientific publications strategy, in alignment with business goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, clinical development, and marketing, to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of scientific data.
  3. Oversee the planning, writing, and submission of scientific publications, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and presentations.
  4. Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, including ICMJE, GPP3, and GPP4, for publication planning and execution.
  5. Manage a team of publication professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality publications.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including medical writers, agencies, and key opinion leaders, to support publication activities.
  7. Monitor industry trends and best practices in scientific publications to continuously improve and innovate the publication process.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate tracking and reporting of publication metrics and budget to senior management.
  9. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all publications.
  10. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings, presenting and discussing scientific data with key stakeholders.
  11. Foster a culture of scientific excellence and integrity within the publications team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Medical Publications Or Scientific Communications, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Phd, Md) Or Equivalent Experience.

  • Strong Understanding Of Publication Planning And Execution, Including Compliance With Industry Guidelines And Regulations.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With A Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Publications And Presentations.

  • Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
