  1. Develop and execute the medical affairs strategy for US markets in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in implementing the medical affairs strategy.
  3. Ensure that all medical activities and communications comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of medical affairs initiatives.
  5. Serve as a scientific expert and resource for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and key opinion leaders.
  6. Monitor and analyze medical and scientific trends and developments, and incorporate insights into the medical affairs strategy.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners and stakeholders to support the company's medical affairs objectives.
  8. Oversee the planning and execution of scientific events, such as advisory boards and medical conferences, to educate and engage stakeholders.
  9. Ensure the timely review and approval of promotional and non-promotional medical materials.
  10. Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry trends to anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them.
  11. Monitor and analyze data related to product safety and efficacy, and communicate findings to relevant internal teams.
  12. Serve as an ambassador for the company and its mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative medicines.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the medical affairs team.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to promote their professional growth and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  15. Represent the company at external meetings and conferences to build relationships and promote the company's reputation as a leader in medical innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With At Least 5 Years In Medical Affairs.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Us Regulatory And Compliance Requirements Related To Medical Affairs.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Key Stakeholders And External Partners.
