Conduct research and development activities to support the development of new medicines, including method development, validation, and characterization studies.
Lead and participate in project teams to drive analytical strategy and provide scientific expertise to support drug development programs.
Manage and oversee laboratory activities, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and training of junior scientists.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques and instrumentation to analyze and interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in analytical chemistry and drug development to ensure the use of cutting-edge techniques and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including formulation, drug product development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytical data and reports.
Author and review scientific publications, regulatory submissions, and technical reports.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior scientists to support their professional growth and development.
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all applicable safety procedures and regulations.
Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings to present research findings and enhance the company's reputation.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Analytical Research And Development Within The Pharmaceutical Industry
Extensive Knowledge Of Analytical Techniques And Instrumentation, Such As Hplc, Gc, Nmr, And Mass Spectrometry
Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes, Including Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines (E.g. Fda, Ich)
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Projects, As Well As Mentoring And Training Junior Scientists
