Take ownership of projects and ensure timely and accurate completion of objectives and deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of biologics and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Contribute to the development of new processes, procedures, and technologies to enhance research capabilities and productivity.
Communicate research findings and progress to cross-functional teams and present results at internal and external conferences.
Collaborate with external partners, including academic institutions and contract research organizations, to leverage expertise and resources.
Comply with all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology)
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Biologics Drug Discovery And Development
Expertise In Protein Engineering, Purification And Characterization Techniques
Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Biologics Projects From Discovery Through Pre-Clinical Development
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Biologics And Experience With Regulatory Submissions.
