  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research strategies and plans.
  5. Utilize cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to advance immuno-oncology research.
  6. Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and guide project direction.
  7. Present research findings and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Publish scientific papers and present at conferences to contribute to the scientific community.
  9. Mentor and guide junior team members in their research projects.
  10. Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of immuno-oncology and incorporate relevant findings into research efforts.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  12. Contribute to the writing of regulatory documents and support drug development activities.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and consultants to leverage expertise and resources for research projects.
  14. Participate in strategic discussions and provide input for the development of long-term research plans.
  15. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by effectively managing projects and teams to achieve goals and timelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field (Phd, Md, Or Equivalent)

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Immuno-Oncology Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Designing And Executing Complex Experiments, Analyzing Data, And Presenting Findings To Cross-Functional Teams

  • Strong Publication Record In Peer-Reviewed Journals Related To Immuno-Oncology

  • Experience Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Scientists And Collaborating With External Partners And Key Opinion Leaders In The Field.
