  1. Manage all aspects of site contracts for AbbVie, including negotiating terms and conditions, monitoring compliance, and maintaining relationships with external vendors.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate execution of all contract-related activities, including drafting, review, and approval of contracts.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and issues, both internally and externally.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contract strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to site contracts, and provide solutions to resolve any conflicts that may arise.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to contract management, and make recommendations for process improvements to ensure compliance.
  7. Oversee the development and maintenance of contract templates, negotiation guidelines, and other resources to support efficient and effective contract management.
  8. Train and mentor junior contract managers on best practices and procedures for contract administration.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, legal teams, and internal business partners.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of site contracts and highlight any potential risks or issues.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and lead by example to promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Adhere to all compliance and ethical standards, and ensure all contract management activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on contract management and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Contract Management Or Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development Process And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills And Experience In Managing Complex Contracts With External Vendors.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Abilities, With A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
