  1. Review and edit all written materials, including medical publications and marketing materials, for accuracy and consistency.
  2. Ensure all content is error-free and adheres to company style guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of messaging.
  4. Use a keen understanding of the pharmaceutical industry to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  5. Conduct thorough proofreading of all materials to identify and correct any grammatical, spelling, or punctuation errors.
  6. Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content quality and clarity.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in editing and proofreading.
  8. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  9. Work closely with authors and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of technical and scientific content.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for other team members and departments on matters related to editorial and proofreading processes.
  11. Continuously improve and streamline editorial and proofreading processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the company's brand and values through high-quality, error-free written materials.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors on editorial and proofreading projects as needed.
  15. Serve as a mentor and guide for junior team members, providing training and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Professional Editorial Or Proofreading Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In English, Journalism, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Expertise In Editing And Proofreading A Variety Of Materials, Including Scientific Documents, Marketing Collateral, And Regulatory Submissions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry-Specific Style Guides And Guidelines, Such As Ama, Ap, And Chicago Manual Of Style.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail, Time Management Skills, And Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment While Maintaining High Quality Standards.
