  1. Promote and sell AbbVie's Global Immunology and Inflammation (GIC) therapies to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the GIC market, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Utilize market knowledge and understanding of AbbVie's products to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our therapies to potential customers.
  4. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the GIC market to drive sales growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  6. Utilize data analytics and market insights to identify and target key accounts and territories.
  7. Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on AbbVie's products, disease states, and treatment guidelines.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  9. Attend and actively participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote AbbVie's products and build brand awareness.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies and tactics.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory, legal, and compliance guidelines in all sales activities.
  12. Continuously improve product and market knowledge through self-learning and participation in training programs.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for AbbVie, representing the company's values and commitment to making a positive impact on patients' lives.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports of sales activities and customer interactions.
  15. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In The Specialty Or Biotech Market.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Reimbursement And Formulary Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
