
Assistant Analyst, Omnichannel Operations
This associate will own day to day issue resolution related to Omnichannel operations, work cross functionally & manage various levels of reporting creation / distribution to ensure efficient operational support. Managing daily to quarterly reporting & communication to cross-functional teams aiding in business decisions. Own daily Omnichannel service tickets including mining for root cause, suggesting enhancements & Teaming Up cross functionally to resolve. Developing reporting to improve operational efficiency and monitor system health. Creating & managing standard operation procedures documentation. Executing user acceptance testing as Omnichannel representative on IT projects to ensure business requirements & objectives are met.
1-3 years of Omnichannel, eCommerce management, and/or fulfillment experience preferred
Ability to accomplish specific tasks within a reasonable time frame
Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to succeed
